Company Driver (OTR - Dry Van)

Top earners make up to $94,000/year
Earn up to $0.65 based on years of OTR experience
$0.05 CPM bonus after 2,800 miles for the pay period
Home weekly in some areas; most areas 10-14 days out
Non-Forced dispatch; All miles paid, loaded and empty
$300 paid orientation (1.5-day class)

Company Driver (Home Weekends)

End Dump: Paid by the ton + percentage of load weight

3% bonus on every load after $4,000 revenue for the week
